Description of Service
Fabl provides AI-powered music analysis, record label matching, mix feedback, and audio quality checking tools. We help music producers and artists analyze their tracks, find compatible labels, and improve their productions. Our recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee label acceptance or any particular outcome.
Free Tier and Usage Limits
Certain features are available without an account, subject to daily usage limits. Free audio quality checks are limited to 3 per day per user. These limits are enforced through a combination of browser storage and server-side tracking. Creating a free account removes these limits and unlocks additional features including full track analysis, label matching, and mix feedback.
User Responsibilities

You retain all rights to your uploaded music. Fabl does not claim ownership of your content. Our analysis results, recommendations, and the underlying algorithms are the intellectual property of Fabl. You may not reproduce or redistribute our analysis methodology.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or circumvent usage limits. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove your profile and associated data from our platform.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Fabl available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Fabl provides label matching suggestions based on algorithmic analysis. We do not guarantee acceptance by any label or success of submissions. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our recommendations.
